Join Arrow Cocktail Lounge as we mark the anniversary of Harry Wareham's passing with an evening of history, remembrance, and community. Melanie Highsmith of the Riley County Historical Society & Museum will share stories and historical insights about Harry Wareham and his contributions to our community. Ashley Fuhrman, the Wareham Hall Director of Brand & Experience, will provide updates on the building's ongoing legacy before leading a commemorative champagne toast. Cocktails inspired by the era and champagne flutes will be available for purchase for the toast. Feel free to channel some 1920s flair, vintage inspired attire is welcome but not required!

Arrow Sustainability Series: School Supply Swap

Prepare for the school, bring gently used school supplies and swap them for items you can use. Bring your extra or gently used notebooks, binders, pencils, backpacks, calculators, and classroom essentials. As part of our Sustainability Series, this event encourages reuse, reduces waste, and makes back-to-school season more affordable for everyone.
How it works:
• Clean out your backpack, desk, classroom, or supply closet for gently used or extra school supplies
• Make sure items are functional, and ready for a new home
• Bring them to the swap
• Browse and take home whatever you need for the upcoming school year!

Flour Power, presented by Gene Chávez, shares family tortilla-making traditions alongside stories about the history of Mexican residents settling in Kansas to work, raise families, and build community. Chávez draws on his personal heritage and research to bring an important cultural food tradition to life. He is a collector of Mexican American heritage in Kansas and consults on diversity issues as president of Chávez and Associates. This event is FREE and a reservation is required.
